Since I was little, my family would tell me problems that come with aging. Since I wasn’t robust, my family warned me about health issues I might have later so that I could brace myself. I had accepted that as the way it is.
The opportunity to break the chain came through a health crisis 20 years ago, causing me to dive into holistic healing. Once I got better, I realized that the same principles and practices can be applied to help everyone thrive.
In working with clients from 3 to 80 years old, I see the power of energy healing. The frequency that focuses on healing symptoms or traumas is a “subset” of the energy that brings out the best in us.
Some people call this energy the divine frequency, others call it quantum energy. By connecting with this bandwidth of frequencies, we feel better; serendipities, ideas and solutions come to us without us trying to figure it out.
With strength and clarity, we can hold the dramas and turmoils around us with compassion and faith. We don’t need others to be okay for us to be okay. In that space, we empower others to find their way without trying to change them.
